Chuck Hewatt is in his early 40’s and was born and raised in Marietta, Ga. Chuck has been involved in the music business since the age of 22. His first band was called “Whiplash”. He then went on to “Attickus Finch”. Afterwards Chuck played regularly at local venues.  In 1992 Chuck hooked up with friend Peter Heintz and formed what is now “Blind Justice”. They have been playing together ever since and they are still going strong after 14 years.  Chucks earliest musical influences were artists such as Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly and Credence Clearwater. Chuck has incorporated some of the above sounds, some of the new sounds and has combined it into a band that accents southern rock, blues and a little country. His personal tastes are diverse and he has decided to reflect this into the band by adding a few other areas of musical styles such as, contemporary country, mid 80's and early 90's to the mix. His strongest love is southern rock and is interested in adding fore of these styles to the list because he feels, as being from original southern heritage this type of music is important. He feels "true southern" rock is a dying art as more influences come from all other areas of this country and other countries. Not that he is against this musical movement, in fact he loves the contributions they have made and he borrows from them. He is just very true to his roots. Chuck still resides in his home town of Marietta, home of the "Big Chicken" and looks forward to another great year of rock and roll.

Richie Baier is the lead guitarist for Blind Justice. Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio he dazzles people with his brilliant playing! He started playing guitar at the age of 15 and hasn't put it down since. Bands he has previously played were Karma 10, Whiskey Roulette, and Oshigon. He adds firepower, flash, and pure balls to the Blind Justice Band! He is a very welcome addition to the band! Welcome aboard, Richie!
Peter Edward Heintz is the "Yankee" in the group and comes from the Tri-State area. As a member of the Cavaliers, Mello-Kings and the Minks, Pete now lays down the "bottom-end" for the Blind Justice Band and rounds out the three part harmony the band so proudly displays. Pete how now resides in Marietta, Georgia still loves to play the oldies, classics and the blues just to name a few. He still plays folk gigs from time to time. Bottoms-Up!!!
Dave Sams - Dave was a member of Blind Justice from 2002-2004, and has rocked the music scene with bands like One Shot, Smooth Lime Groove, GRIP and Hoosier Daddy in recent years. Now he is back with Blind Justice. His rock solid drumming and powerhouse vocals gives the group a steady foundation. As Dave once said "Who says you can't go home again?"

Jim Pogue (Guitar, Bass) is the newest member of Blind Justice. He has played in such bands as American Union, One Shot, Omega Juke, and Destination. He plays a guitar synth, so just about anything from keyboards to horns can be played on it. He also plays on the Praise & Worship team for His Hands Church in Woodstock.
